Cluelearn provides educational content, training programs, internships, and project-based learning opportunities. Users must use the platform only for lawful purposes and must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of their account details. Any misuse, false information, or unauthorized access may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Intellectual Property

All content on Cluelearn, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, project files, and software, is the property of Cluelearn and protected by copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Payments & Fees

Certain programs, training modules, and events may require a registration fee. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and terms mentioned at the time of registration. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

No Refund Policy

All payments made on Cluelearn are non-refundable. The fees collected are utilized for platform maintenance, technical infrastructure, tools, learning resources, and program management. Therefore, once a payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or program preference
• Inability to complete the program due to personal reasons
• Technical issues on the user's end
• Non-attendance of live sessions

Note: In case of program cancellation by Cluelearn, a full refund or credit transfer option will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

Cluelearn is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues, server downtime, or service interruptions
• Loss of data or project files
• Any actions or content of third-party links
• Any outcomes or results from using our training programs

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during training sessions, hackathons, and interactions with mentors and peers. Any form of harassment, cheating, plagiarism, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification from programs without refund.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
